As part of her efforts to restore healthcare services to the region, Representative Scarsdale is collecting public testimony. If you or a loved one have been impacted by the closure of Nashoba Valley Medical Center, the Leominster Birthing Center, the hospice and nursing services formerly provided by Nashoba Associated Boards of Health, or another healthcare closure in the area, please share your story using this form.
If you give your permission to share your name, we may quote you in publicly available materials such as fact sheets, impact reports, or newsletters. We will never share your full address or email. If you do not give your permission to share your identity, we may still use your words but will not share your name or town.
Your testimony will be used exclusively in support of restoring healthcare services to the region. This may include lobbying other offices for support on bills filed next session.
